Diet Update, Day 15

It was a pretty good day yesterday. I had an Atkins shake for breakfast, some grilled chicken for lunch, and roast pork tenderloin and zucchini for dinner. For added flavor, I dipped some of my pork in honey mustard - but probably less than a tablespoon. I also had a spoonful of rice. I overcooked the zucchini. It's easy to overcook steamed zucchini.
After dinner, I went to the gym and spent 55 minutes on the treadmill - keeping my heart rate between 130 and 140. It said I burned 524 calories. I might try to hit the gym for 20 minutes after bowling tonight, but it depends on the timing. I usually don't get out of bowling until well after 9pm, and the gym closes at 10. We'll see what happens!
