Now, on to the topic at hand.
After dropping Emilyi off at the Academy for the Performing Arts for her dance class this evening, I walked over to "the strip" (aka, downtown Apex), and decided to wander into the Nautilus Fitness Center. It's a pretty small place, about 4,000 square feet, but they pack a lot of equipment in. One side has some nautilus machines and all of the cardio equipment, while the other side has free weights. It's not fancy, but the people are friendly, and the price was right! I signed up for 12 months, payd $180 and got 3 months free - a holiday special. That works out to $12 a month.
Not bad considering I paid $40/month at Kx Fitness.
After taking Emily home from dance class I went back to the gym in my workout clothes and spent 40 minutes on the treadmill.
