Diet Update

I only did a mile on the treadmill last night - and a slow one at that. My toe hurts. Still, I was good. I skipped the delicious offerings at the bowling alley (our league does a christmas potluck every year) and instead cooked my own dinner last night - baked salmon in a tequila lime marinade, with sauteed asparagus.
I had to get up at 4am this morning. Erin scheduled a 6:10am flight and I had to take her to the airport. So it's not even 8 am yet and I've already been at work nearly 3 hours! The Coke Zero isn't even helping my heavy eyelids!
