Diet Update, Day 17
255.8: -11.4 pounds, 17 days
After spending another 40 minutes on the treadmill yesterday, I'm feeling pretty good about my ability to get below 250 before Christmas. After all, I've got 10 days. I could theoretically even get to my original goal of losing 20 pounds, but I'm not going to push it. I'd like to enjoy the christmas party tomorrow.
I'm starting to get a little tired of heavy duty low carbing. Lots of eggs, sausage, chicken, etc. I'm going to "cheat" a little tonight and have meatloaf, but I suppose i'll still avoid the starchy side dishes. I'm not quite ready to re-incorporate good carbs like long grain rice and such.
